At least, 90 percent eight-kilometre-long security wall around the Gwadar Free Zone North (Phase-II) has been constructed. 

CEPEC has been termed as the game changer for Pakistan. The work on this biggest economic project is on the way. Gwadar will play a vital role in this mega projecT.


Gwadar is one of the deepest sea port in the world. One shipment has been successfully completed which was to destined to China. 


Keeping in view the importance of the place, government had planned to make the city fully safe. In this regard, 90 percent eight-kilometre-long security wall around the Gwadar Free Zone North (Phase-II) has been constructed.


This is to secure the north and south sides of the Gwadar Free Zone North which covers more than 2,221 acres of land. The height of cemented wall is 14 feet which starts from the Gwadar Fish Harbour and ends at Koh-e-Mehdi, about five kilometre from Gwadar Port. It runs alongside the six-lane Eastbay Expressway.
