BMW modified its sales channels to make them more convenient and contact-free for clients in response to the issues presented by the COVID-19 epidemic. Salespeople in more than 60 regions were able to offer advice and close deals over the phone, even co-manufacturing cars with clients.

Additionally, the business shifted to online sales, enabling clients to purchase fully online and have specially customised cars delivered right to their front door.
