Pakistan is now embracing the culture of rechargeable electric vehicles. With several manufacturers introducing electric motorcycles, vehicles, and scooters, including MG, Yadea, Toyota, and Seres, Huazi Green Energy is the next big thing. With an intriguing series releasing under the name ‘Cool I,’ you will see tiny EVs for around $4 million vying against the Rinco Aria EV and GiGi EV.

Pakistan-China Huazi Green Energy Electric Cars Project Update:

According to Gwadar Pro and the CEO of Huazi Green Energy Pvt. Ltd, the tiny electric car project would be carried out in two phases, with 2-door and 4-door EVs aimed at Pakistan’s middle and lower classes. However, the corporation has already purchased property in the Hattar Special Economic Zone in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where plant infrastructure would be erected.

The company plans to begin deliveries in the middle of 2024, followed by a gradual technology transfer over the next two to five years. This is a $5 million project between Pakistan and China that will allow Pakistan to export these tiny EVs to Turkey and Europe.

These tiny EVs will be offered in four different models, with driving ranges ranging from 128 km to 219 km. Other features will include alloy wheels, power steering, sporty seats, side mirrors with navigation, anti-lock braking system (ABS), and electronic brake distribution (EBD). Furthermore, these vehicles will include a lithium battery with a warranty of 100,000 kilometres or four years.
