By winning the third game in Lahore on Wednesday, the Irish women’s team dominated Pakistan in the T20I series. 


Ireland defeated Pakistan 2-1 to win the series, which marked both the first-ever away T20I series victory for the visitors and the first T20I series victory for the Irish side in Asia. 


At the Gaddafi Stadium, Ireland scored 167-4 in?20 overs after opting to bat first. 


With opener Gaby Lewis leading the way with 71 runs in 46 balls, Ireland’s top-order significantly boosted the team’s total. She scored an incredible 11 fours and a six.

On Saturday at Lahore, the first women’s T20I of the series, Ireland defeated Pakistan by six wickets. Meanwhile, Pakistan rebounded to prevail in the second T20I on Monday by a margin of six wickets. 


Previously, it should be mentioned that Pakistan swept the ODI series 3-0 before the T20I series.
