حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنه: إِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدِيثًا، فَلَأَنْ أَخِرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَكْذِبَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ فِيمَا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ، فَإِنَّمَا الْحَرْبُ خَدْعَةٌ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: يَأْتِي فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ قَوْمٌ حُدَثَاءُ الْأَسْنَانِ، سُفَهَاءُ الْأَحْلَامِ، يَقُولُونَ مِنْ قَوْلِ خَيْرِ الْبَرِيَّةِ، يَمْرُقُونَ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ كَمَا يَمْرُقُ السَّهْمُ مِنَ الرَّمِيَّةِ، لَا يُجَاوِزُ إِيمَانُهُمْ حَنَاجِرَهُمْ، فَأَيْنَمَا لَقِيتُمُوهُمْ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ، فَإِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ لِمَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ .
سوید بن غفلہ کہتے ہیں کہ علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: جب میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی کوئی حدیث تم سے بیان کروں تو آسمان سے میرا گر جانا مجھے اس بات سے زیادہ محبوب ہے کہ میں آپ پر جھوٹ بولوں، اور جب میں تم سے اس کے متعلق کوئی بات کروں جو ہمارے اور تمہارے درمیان ہے تو جنگ چالاکی و فریب دہی ہوتی ہی ہے، میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: آخری زمانے میں کچھ ایسے لوگ آئیں گے جو کم عمر اور کم عقل ہوں گے، جو تمام مخلوقات میں بہتر شخص کی طرح باتیں کریں گے، وہ اسلام سے اس طرح نکل جائیں گے جس طرح تیر شکار سے نکل جاتا ہے، ان کا ایمان ان کی گردنوں سے نیچے نہ اترے گا، لہٰذا جہاں کہیں تم ان سے ملو تم انہیں قتل کر دو، اس لیے کہ ان کا قتل کرنا، قیامت کے روز اس شخص کے لیے اجر و ثواب کا باعث ہو گا جو انہیں قتل کرے گا ۔
Ali said: When I mention a tradition to you from the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم, it is dearer to me that I fall from the heaven than I lie on him. But when I talk to you about matters between me and you, then war is a deception. I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say: Towards the end of the time there will be people who are young in age and from Islam as an arrow goes through the animal aimed at, and their faith will not pass their throats. Wherever you meet them kill them, for their killing will bring a reward for him who kills them on the day of Resurrection.

There remains no vein and no joint but it penetrates it. ”

Abdullah bin Ka;b bin Malik who used to lead his father from among his sons when he became blind, said: I heard Kaab bin Malik say: The transmitter Ibn al-sarh then narrated the story of his remaining behind from the prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم forbade the Muslims to speak to any of us three. When ( in this state) abundant time passed on me, I ascended the wall of the garden of Abu Qatadah who was my cousin. I saluted him, but, I swear by Allah, he did not return salute to me. He then narrated the story of the revelation of the Quranic verses relating to his repentance.
