حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، أخبرنا حَمَّادٌ. ح وأخبرنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، أخبرنا شُعْبَةُ الْمَعْنَى، عَنْيَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ، قَالَ مُوسَى: ابْنِ عُدُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ، قَالَ مُوسَى: الْعُقَيْلِيِّ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَكُلُّنَا يَرَى رَبَّهُ ؟ قَالَ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ: مُخْلِيًا بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَا آيَةُ ذَلِكَ فِي خَلْقِهِ ؟ قَالَ: يَا أَبَا رَزِينٍ، أَلَيْسَ كُلُّكُمْ يَرَى الْقَمَرَ ؟، قَالَ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ: لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ مُخْلِيًا بِهِ، ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا، قُلْتُ: بَلَى، قَالَ: فَاللَّهُ أَعْظَمُ ؟، قَالَ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ: قَالَ: فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ خَلْقٌ مِنْ خَلْقِ اللَّهِ، فَاللَّهُ أَجَلُّ وَأَعْظَمُ .
ابورزین عقیلی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا ہم میں سے ہر ایک اپنے رب کو ( قیامت کے دن ) بلا رکاوٹ دیکھے گا؟ اور اس کی مخلوق میں اس کی مثال کیا ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اے ابورزین! کیا تم سب چودہویں کا چاند بلا رکاوٹ نہیں دیکھتے؟ میں نے عرض کیا: کیوں نہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تو اللہ تو اور بھی بڑا ہے ابن معاذ کی روایت میں ہے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ تو اللہ کی مخلوقات میں سے ایک مخلوق ہے، اللہ تو اس سے بہت بڑا اور عظیم ہے ۱؎ ۔
Narrated Abu Razin al-Uqayli: I asked: Messenger of Allah! will each one of us see his Lord? Ibn Muadh's version has: being alone with Him, on the Day of Resurrection? And what sign is there is His creation? He replied: Abu Razin! does each one of you not see the moon? Ibn Muadh's version has: on the night when it is full, being alone with it? Then the agreed version goes: I said: Yes. He said: Allah is more great. Ibn Muadh's version has: It is only part of Allah's creation, but Allah is more glorious and greater.

There remains no vein and no joint but it penetrates it. ”

Abdullah bin Ka;b bin Malik who used to lead his father from among his sons when he became blind, said: I heard Kaab bin Malik say: The transmitter Ibn al-sarh then narrated the story of his remaining behind from the prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم forbade the Muslims to speak to any of us three. When ( in this state) abundant time passed on me, I ascended the wall of the garden of Abu Qatadah who was my cousin. I saluted him, but, I swear by Allah, he did not return salute to me. He then narrated the story of the revelation of the Quranic verses relating to his repentance.
