حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ نَحْوَهُ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، قَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، وَأَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ، يَقُولُونَ: عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، وَاخْتَلَفُوا عَلَى مَالِكٍ فِي رِوَايَةِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، فَرَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، وَرَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ وَهُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ غَيْرُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، وَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ أَيْضًا، وَأَبُو عَمْرَةَ مَوْلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، وَلَهُ حَدِيثُ الْغُلُولِ، وَأَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ، يَقُولُونَ: عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ.
اس سند سے بھی اسی جیسی حدیث مروی ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اکثر لوگوں نے اپنی روایت میں عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی عمرہ کہا ہے۔ ۳- اس حدیث کی روایت کرنے میں مالک کے شاگردوں کا اختلاف ہے، بعض راویوں نے اسے ابی عمرہ سے روایت کیا ہے، اور بعض نے ابن ابی عمرہ سے، ان کا نام عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی عمرہ انصاری ہے، ابن ابی عمرہ زیادہ صحیح ہے، کیونکہ مالک کے سوا دوسرے راویوں نے «عن عبدالرحمٰن بن أبي عمرة عن زيد بن خالد» کہا ہے «عن ابن أبي عمرة عن زيد بن خالد» کی سند سے اس کے علاوہ دوسری حدیث بھی مروی ہے، اور وہ صحیح حدیث ہے، ابو عمرہ زید بن خالد جہنی کے آزاد کردہ غلام تھے، اور ابو عمرہ کے واسطہ سے خالد سے حدیث غلول مروی ہے، اکثر لوگ عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی عمرہ ہی کہتے ہیں ۱؎۔
