حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يُحْكَمُ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ فِي الدِّمَاءِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَهَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ مَرْفُوعًا، وَرَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعُوهُ.
عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ” ( آخرت میں ) بندوں کے درمیان سب سے پہلے خون کے بارے میں فیصلہ کیا جائے گا“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عبداللہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، اسی طرح کئی لوگوں نے اعمش سے مرفوعاً روایت کی ہے، ۲- اور بعض نے اعمش سے روایت کی ہے ان لوگوں نے اسے مرفوع نہیں کہا ہے۔
Narrated 'Abdullah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed the first cases to be judged between the people are those of bloodshed.
