حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: فِي الْمَوَاضِحِ، خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ: سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَأَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق، أَنَّ فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسًا مِنَ الْإِبِلِ.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ” «موضحہ» ( ہڈی کھل جانے والے زخم ) ۱؎ میں پانچ اونٹ ہیں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اور اہل علم کے نزدیک اسی پر عمل ہے، سفیان ثوری، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول یہی ہے کہ «موضحہ» ( ہڈی کھل جانے والے زخم ) میں پانچ اونٹ ہیں۔
