حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْمُقْرِي، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعَالَ فَخُطَّ لِي مَسْجِدًا فِي دَارِي أُصَلِّي فِيهِ، وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَ مَا عَمِيَ، فَجَاءَ فَفَعَلَ .
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ قبیلہ انصار کے ایک آدمی نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس خبر بھیجی کہ آپ تشریف لائیں اور میرے گھر میں مسجد کے لیے حد بندی کر دیں تاکہ میں اس میں نماز پڑھا کروں، اور یہ اس لیے کہ وہ صحابی نابینا ہو گئے تھے، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے، اور ان کی مراد پوری کر دی ۱؎۔
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: A man among the Ansar sent word to the Messenger of Allah saying: Come and designate a place in my house where I can perform prayer,' that was after he had become blind. So he went and did that.
