حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُلَيٍّ، سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَذْكُرُ، عَنْ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى أَفْضَلِ الصَّدَقَةِ؟ ابْنَتُكَ مَرْدُودَةً إِلَيْكَ لَيْسَ لَهَا كَاسِبٌ غَيْرُكَ .
سراقہ بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا میں تم کو افضل صدقہ نہ بتا دوں؟ اپنی بیٹی کو صدقہ دو، جو تمہارے پاس آ گئی ہو ۱؎، اور تمہارے علاوہ اس کا کوئی کمانے والا بھی نہ ہو ۔
It was narrated from Suraqah bin Malik that the Prophet(ﷺ) said: Shall I not tell you of the best charity? A daughter who comes back to you and has no other breadwinner apart from you. (Daif)
