حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ أَبِي صَخْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قُلْتُ لِلزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ:‏‏‏‏ مَا لِيَ لَا أَسْمَعُكَ تُحَدِّثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏كَمَا أَسْمَعُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفُلَانًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفُلَانًا؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَمَا إِنِّي لَمْ أُفَارِقْهُ مُنْذُ أَسْلَمْتُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَكِنِّي سَمِعْتُ مِنْهُ كَلِمَةً يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ .

عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے زبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا: کیا وجہ ہے کہ میں آپ کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے نہیں سنتا جس طرح ابن مسعود اور فلاں فلاں کو سنتا ہوں؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: سنو! جب سے میں اسلام لایا نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے جدا نہیں ہوا، لیکن میں نے آپ سے ایک بات سنی ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرما رہے تھے: جو شخص میرے اوپر جان بوجھ کر جھوٹ باندھے وہ اپنا ٹھکانہ جہنم میں بنا لے ۔

It was narrated from 'Amir bin 'Abdullah bin Zubair that his father said: I said to Zubair bin Awwam: 'Why do I not hear you narrating Ahadith from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as I hear Ibn Mas'ud and so-and-so and so-and-so?' He said: 'I never left him from the time I became Muslim, but I heard him say a word: 'Whoever tells a lie about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.

Hadith 5

Abu Darda' said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out to us when we were speaking of poverty and how we feared it. He said: 'Is it poverty that you fear? By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, (the delights and luxuries of) this world will come to you in plenty, and nothing will cause the heart of anyone of you to deviate except that. By Allah, I am leaving you upon something like Bayda (white, bright, clear path) the night and day of which are the same.'
