حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْأَزْهَرِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ يَأْكُلُ الْغُرَابَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ سَمَّاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاسِقًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاللَّهِ مَا هُوَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ .

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   کوّا کون کھائے گا؟ جب کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کو فاسق کہا، اللہ کی قسم وہ پاک چیزوں میں سے نہیں ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “Who eats crows? The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) called them vermin, By Allah, they are not from among the good and permissible things.”
