حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ، وَنَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْأَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْجَرَادِ، فَقَالَ: أَكْثَرُ جُنُودِ اللَّهِ لَا آكُلُهُ، وَلَا أُحَرِّمُهُ .
سلمان فارسی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ٹڈی کے متعلق سوال کیا گیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ٹڈی اللہ تعالیٰ کا بہت بڑا لشکر ہے، نہ تو میں اسے کھاتا ہوں، اور نہ ہی اسے حرام قرار دیتا ہوں ۔
It was narrated that Salman said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about locusts. He said: ‘(They are) the most numerous troop of Allah. I neither eat them nor forbid them.’”
