حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، وَأَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ وَعَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْجَنِينِ، فَقَالَ: كُلُوهُ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ، فَإِنَّ ذَكَاتَهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ .
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے جنین ( ماں کے پیٹ کے بچے ) کے متعلق سوال کیا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم اگر چاہو تو کھاؤ، کیونکہ اس کی ماں کے ذبح کرنے سے وہ بھی ذبح ہو جاتا ہے ۱؎۔ ابوعبداللہ ابن ماجہ کہتے ہیں: میں نے کوسج اسحاق بن منصور کو لوگوں کے قول «الذكاة لا يقضى بها مذمة» کے سلسلے میں کہتے سنا: «مذمۃ» ذال کے کسرے سے ہو تو «ذمام» سے مشتق ہے اور ذال کے فتحہ کے ساتھ ہو تو«ذمّ» سے مشتق ہے۔
It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed said: “We asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about the fetus. He said: ‘Eat it if you wish, for it is considered legally slaughtered with the slaughtering of its mother.’”
