حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ . ح حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ خَتَنُ الْمُقْرِئِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ الْهُذَلِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ صَلَاةً إِلَّا بِطُهُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا يَقْبَلُ صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ .

اسامہ بن عمیر ہذلی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ کوئی بھی نماز بغیر وضو کے قبول نہیں فرماتا، اور نہ چوری کے مال سے کوئی صدقہ قبول کرتا ہے ۔

It was narrated that Usamah bin 'Umair Al-Hudhali said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah does not accept any prayer without purification and He does not accept any charity from Ghulul.' (Sahih) Another chain with similar wording.

Abdullah bin Muhammed bin 'Aqil bin Abu Talib narrated from his father that his grandfather said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'A Mudd is sufficient for the ablution and a Sa' is sufficient for the bath.' A man said: 'It is not sufficient for us.' He (the narrator) said: It was sufficient for one who is better than you and had more hair meaning the Prophet.
