حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْأَزْهَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرَ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُأَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ فَكَتَمَهُ، أُلْجِمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنْ نَارٍ .
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا: جس شخص سے دین کے کسی مسئلہ کے متعلق پوچھا گیا، اور باوجود علم کے اس نے اسے چھپایا، تو قیامت کے دن اسے آگ کی لگام پہنائی جائے گی ۔
Yusuf bin Ibrahim said: 'I heard Anas bin Malik say: I heard the Messenger of Allah say: Whoever is asked about knowledge and conceals it, it will be bridled on the Day of Resurrection with reins of fire.'
