حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، سَمِعْتُالْقَاسِمَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: قَتِيلُ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ قَتِيلُ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ أَرْبَعُونَ مِنْهَا خَلِفَةً فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا .
عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عمداً و قصداً قتل کے مشابہ یعنی غلطی سے قتل کیا جانے والا وہ ہے جو کوڑے یا ڈنڈے سے مر جائے، اس میں سو اونٹ دیت ( خون بہا ) کے ہیں جن میں چالیس حاملہ اونٹنیاں ہوں گی ۱؎۔
It was narrated from Abdullah bin 'Amr that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Killing by mistake that resembles intentionally, is killing with a whip or stick, for which the blood money is one hundred camels, of which forty should be pregnant she-camels in middle of their pregnancies, with their young in their wombs.”
