حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ تَوْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَعْطَى خَيْبَرَ أَهْلَهَا عَلَى النِّصْفِ نَخْلِهَا وَأَرْضِهَا .
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر والوں کو خیبر کی زمین اور درختوں کو نصف پیداوار کی بٹائی پر دیا۔
