حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مِقْسَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ يَأْخُذُ الْجَبَّارُ سَمَاوَاتِهِ وَأَرْضَهُ بِيَدِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَبَضَ بِيَدِهِ فَجَعَلَ يَقْبِضُهَا وَيَبْسُطُهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَا الْجَبَّارُ أَيْنَ الْجَبَّارُونَ أَيْنَ الْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ؟ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَيَتَمَيَّلُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَتَّى نَظَرْتُ إِلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَتَحَرَّكُ مِنْ أَسْفَلِ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَتَّى إِنِّي أَقُولُ أَسَاقِطٌ هُوَ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو منبر پر فرماتے ہوئے سنا: «جبار» ( اللہ تعالیٰ ) آسمانوں اور زمین کو اپنے ہاتھ میں لے لے گا ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی مٹھی بند کی اور پھر اسے باربار بند کرنے اور کھولنے لگے ) اور فرمائے گا: میں «جبار» ہوں، کہاں ہیں «جبار» اور کہاں ہیں تکبر ( گھمنڈ ) کرنے والے؟ ، عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دائیں اور بائیں جھکنے لگے یہاں تک کہ میں نے منبر کو دیکھا کہ نیچے سے ہلتا تھا، مجھے خطرہ محسوس ہوا کہ وہ کہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو لے کر گر نہ پڑے ۱؎۔

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say, when he was on the pulpit: 'The Compeller will seize the heavens and the earth in His Hand' and he clenched his fist and began to open and close it. Then He will say: I am the Compeller! Where are the tyrants? Where are the arrogant? He said, the Messenger of Allah was turning to his right and to his left, until he saw the pulpit moving from below and I thought: 'What if it falls with the Messenger of Allah on it?'

Hadith 5

Abu Darda' said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out to us when we were speaking of poverty and how we feared it. He said: 'Is it poverty that you fear? By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, (the delights and luxuries of) this world will come to you in plenty, and nothing will cause the heart of anyone of you to deviate except that. By Allah, I am leaving you upon something like Bayda (white, bright, clear path) the night and day of which are the same.'
