قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ .
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ ہر نشہ لانے والی چیز حرام ہے اور ہر نشہ لانے والی چیز خمر ( شراب ) ہے۔
It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: Every intoxicant is Khamr and every intoxicant is unlawful.
