أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ خَمْرٌ . رَفَعَهُ الْأَعْمَشُ.
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ گدر ( ادھ کچی ) اور سوکھی کھجور کا مشروب خمر ( شراب ) ہے۔ ( ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: ) اعمش نے اسے مرفوعاً روایت کیا ہے۔
