أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق الْأَزْرَقُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ، وَهُوَ فِي قُبَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ وَعِنْدَهُ أُنَاسٌ يَسِيرُ، فَجَاءَهُ بِلَالٌ، فَأَذَّنَ فَجَعَلَ يُتْبِعُ فَاهُ هَاهُنَا وَهَاهُنَا .
ابوحجیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم لوگ بطحاء میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے، آپ ایک لال خیمے میں تھے اور آپ کے پاس تھوڑے سے لوگ بیٹھے تھے، اتنے میں آپ کے پاس بلال رضی اللہ عنہ آئے اور انہوں نے اذان دینی شروع کی، تو اپنا منہ اِدھر اُدھر کرنے لگے ۱؎۔
It was narrated that Abu Juhaifah said: We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) in Al-Batha' and he was in a red tent, and some people were with him, and he was about to set out. Bilal came and called the Adhan, turning this way and that.

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] stopped delivering his Khutbah and turned to me. A chair was brought, and I think its legs were of iron. The Messenger of Allah [SAW] sat down on it and started to teach me what Allah has taught him, then he went and completed his Khutbah.'
