أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا إِلَّا أَنْ تُعْلَمَ . وَفِي رِوَايَةِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى كَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ عَطَاءً لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثَهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا .
جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے محاقلہ و مزابنہ اور مخابرہ نامی بیع سے اور غیر متعین اور غیر معلوم مقدار کے استثناء ۱؎ سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ ( آگے آنے والی ) ہمام بن یحییٰ کی روایت میں گویا یہ دلیل ہے کہ عطاء نے جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ان کی یہ حدیث نہیں سنی ہے ۲؎ جو انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے کہ جس کے پاس زمین ہو تو وہ اس میں کھیتی کرے۔
