أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قال: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، قال: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ، قال: قال أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: بَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، إِذْ قَالَ: يَا عَائِشَةُ نَاوِلِينِي الثَّوْبَ ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي لَا أُصَلِّي، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي يَدِكِ ، فَنَاوَلَتْهُ.
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مسجد میں تھے کہ اسی دوران آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عائشہ! مجھے کپڑا اٹھا دو ، تو انہوں نے کہا: میں ( آج کل ) نماز نہیں پڑھ رہی ہوں ۱؎ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ ( حیض ) تمہارے ہاتھ میں نہیں ، تو انہوں نے کپڑا اٹھا کر نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دے دیا۔
Abu Hurairah said: While the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was in the Masjid, he said: 'O 'Aishah, hand me the garment.' She said: 'I am not praying.' He said: 'It is not in your hand.' So she gave it to him.

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) with no intention other than Hajj. When he was in Sarif I began menstruating. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon me and I was weeping. He said: 'What is the matter with you? Has you Nifas begun?' I said: 'Yes.' He said: 'This is something that Allah the Mighty and Sublime has decreed for the daughters of Adam. Do what the pilgrims do but do not perform Tawaf around the House.'
