أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ الصَّوَّافِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: مَنْ كُسِرَ أَوْ عَرِجَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ أُخْرَى ، وَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَا صَدَقَ، وَقَالَ شُعَيْبٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: وَعَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ .
حجاج بن عمرو رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس کی ہڈی ٹوٹ گئی، یا جو لنگڑا ہو گیا تو وہ حلال ہو گیا، اور اس پر دوسرا حج ہے“ ( عکرمہ کہتے ہیں ) میں نے ابن عباس اور ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہم سے پوچھا، تو ان دونوں نے کہا، انہوں ( حجاج انصاری ) نے سچ کہا ہے۔ اور شعیب اپنی روایت میں «وعليه حجة أخرى» ”ان پر دوسرا حج ہے“ کے بجائے «وعليه الحج من قابل» ”آئندہ سال ان پر حج ہے“ کہا ہے۔
It was narrated from Ikramah, from Al-Hajja bin Amr that the Prophet said: Whoever breaks his leg or suffers a leg injury, then he has exited Ihram, but he has to perform another Hajj. I asked Ibn 'Abbas and Abu Hurairah and the said: He spoke the thurth. And in his narration (one of the narrators) shuaib said: He has to perfom Hajj the following year.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Abbas: Al-Fadl (his brother) was riding behind Allah's Apostle and a woman from the tribe of Khath'am came and Al-Fadl started looking at her and she started looking at him. The Prophet turned Al-Fadl's face to the other side. The woman said, O Allah's Apostle! The obligation of Hajj enjoined by Allah on His devotees has become due on my father and he is old and weak, and he cannot sit firm on the Mount; may I perform Hajj on his behalf? The Prophet replied, Yes, you may. That happened during the Hajj-al-Wida (of the Prophet ).
