أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَمْرَةُ , أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ عَائِشَةَ , تَقُولُ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِخَمْسٍ بَقِينَ مِنْ ذِي الْقِعْدَةِ لَا نُرَى إِلَّا الْحَجَّ حَتَّى إِذَا دَنَوْنَا مِنْ مَكَّةَ ، أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ إِذَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ أَنْ يَحِلَّ الْمَوَاقِيتُ .
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ ذی قعدہ کی پانچ تاریخیں رہ گئی تھیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ( مدینہ سے ) سے نکلے، ہمارے پیش نظر صرف حج تھا، یہاں تک کہ جب ہم مکہ کے قریب پہنچے تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان لوگوں کو جن کے پاس ہدی ( قربانی کا جانور ) نہیں تھا حکم دیا کہ وہ طواف کر چکیں تو احرام کھول دیں۔
Aishah said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah when there were five days left of Dhul-Qa'dah, with no intention other than to perform Hajj. When we were close to Makkah, the Messenger of Allah commanded those who did not have a Hadi (sacrificial animal) with them to exit Ihram after circumambulating the House.''

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Abbas: Al-Fadl (his brother) was riding behind Allah's Apostle and a woman from the tribe of Khath'am came and Al-Fadl started looking at her and she started looking at him. The Prophet turned Al-Fadl's face to the other side. The woman said, O Allah's Apostle! The obligation of Hajj enjoined by Allah on His devotees has become due on my father and he is old and weak, and he cannot sit firm on the Mount; may I perform Hajj on his behalf? The Prophet replied, Yes, you may. That happened during the Hajj-al-Wida (of the Prophet ).
