أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ نَحْوَهُ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: ثَلَاثًا أَوْ خَمْسًا أَوْ سَبْعًا أَوْ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكِ إِنْ رَأَيْتُنَّ ذَلِكِ .
اس سند سے بھی ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے اسی جیسی حدیث مروی ہے، مگر ( اس میں یہ الفاظ ہیں ) آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: انہیں تین بار یا پانچ بار یا سات بار غسل دو، یا اس سے زیادہ اگر اس کی ضرورت سمجھو ۔
Something similar was narrated from Umm 'Atiyyah except, that he (the narrator) said: Three times or five, or seven, or more than that, if you think that (is necessary).
