أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَاسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ غَسَّلَ وَاغْتَسَلَ وَغَدَا وَابْتَكَرَ وَدَنَا مِنَ الْإِمَامِ وَلَمْ يَلْغُ، كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ عَمَلُ سَنَةٍ صِيَامُهَا وَقِيَامُهَا .
اوس بن اوس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو غسل کرائے ۱؎ غسل کرے، سویرے سویرے ( مسجد ) جائے، شروع خطبہ سے موجود رہے، اور امام سے قریب بیٹھے، اور کوئی لغو کام نہ کرے، تو اس کو اس کے ہر قدم کے بدلے ایک سال کے روزے اور قیام کا ثواب ملے گا ۔
It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam, and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and praying Qiyam during it.

Hadith 1368
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'We are the last (to come) but will be the foremost on the Day of Resurrection, but they were given the Book before us and we were given it after them. They differed concerning this day which Allah (SWT), the Mighty and Sublime, had prescribed for them and Allah (SWT), the Mighty and Sublime, guided us to --meaning Friday-- so the people follow us, the Jews the next day and the Christians the day after that.'
