حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الْفِطْرَةُ خَمْسٌ أَوْ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الْفِطْرَةِ: الْخِتَانُ وَالِاسْتِحْدَادُ وَنَتْفُ الْإِبِطِ وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ .
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرمایا: پانچ چیزیں فطرت ہیں یا فطرت میں سے ہیں: ختنہ کرنا، زیر ناف کے بال مونڈنا، بغل کا بال اکھیڑنا، ناخن تراشنا اور مونچھ کاٹنا ۔
Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: The inborn characteristics of man are five. Another version says: Five things are of the inborn characteristics of man: circumcision, shaving the pubes, plucking out hair under the armpit, paring the nails and clipping the moustaches.
