حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ هُلْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ طَعَامًا أَتَحَرَّجُ مِنْهُ ؟، فَقَالَ: لَا يَتَخَلَّجَنَّ فِي صَدْرِكَ شَيْءٌ ضَارَعْتَ فِيهِ النَّصْرَانِيَّةَ .
ہلب طائی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا اور آپ سے ایک شخص نے پوچھا: کھانے کی چیزوں میں بعض ایسی چیزیں بھی ہوتی ہیں جن کے کھانے میں میں حرج محسوس کرتا ہوں، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اپنے دل میں کوئی شبہ نہ آنے دو ( اگر اس کے سلسلہ میں تم نے شک کیا اور اپنے اوپر سختی کی تو ) تم نے اس میں نصرانیت کے مشابہت کی ۔
Narrated Qabisah ibn Halb: A man asked the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: Is there any food from which I should keep myself away? I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say: Anything which creates doubt should not occur in your mind by which you resemble Christianity.
