حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ مَطْعَمَيْنِ: عَنِ الْجُلُوسِ عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ يُشْرَبُ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرُ، وَأَنْ يَأْكُلَ الرَّجُلُ وَهُوَ مُنْبَطِحٌ عَلَى بَطْنِهِ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ جَعْفَرٌ مِنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَهُوَ مُنْكَرٌ.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دو جگہ کھانا کھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے: ایک تو اس دستر خوان پر بیٹھ کر جس پر شراب پی جا رہی ہو اور دوسری وہ جگہ جہاں آدمی اوندھے منہ لیٹ کر کھائے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث منکر ہے، جعفر کا سماع زہری سے ثابت نہیں ہے ( اس کی دلیل اگلی سند ہے ) ۔
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم forbade two kinds of food: to sit at cloth on which wine is drunk, and to eat by a man while lying on his stomach. Abu Dawud said: Jafar did not hear this tradition from al-Zuhri. His tradition is rejected.
