Narrated Thalabah ibn Abu Malik: Thalabah heard his elders say that a man from the Quraysh had his share with Banu Qurayzah (in water). He brought the dispute to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم about al-Mahzur, a stream whose water they shared together. The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم then decided that when water reached the ankles waters should not be held back to flow to the lower.
