حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ، قَالَ سَلَمَةُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ، قَالَ عَمْرٌو: فِي الْحُقُوقِ.
اس سند سے بھی ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث مروی ہے سلمہ نے اپنی حدیث میں یوں کہا کہ: عمرو نے کہا ہے کہ یہ فیصلہ حقوق میں تھا ( نہ کہ حدود میں ) ۔
