حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحِمْصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قَالَ: وَفَاطِمَةُ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَام حِينَئِذٍ تَطْلُبُ صَدَقَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّتِي بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَفَدَكَ وَمَا بَقِيَ مِنْ خُمُسِ خَيْبَرَ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ ، وَإِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي هَذَا الْمَالِ يَعْنِي مَالَ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَزِيدُوا عَلَى الْمَأْكَلِ.
ابن شہاب زہری کہتے ہیں کہ مجھ سے عروہ بن زبیر نے بیان کیا کہ ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ان سے یہی حدیث روایت کی ہے، اس میں یہ ہے کہ فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا اس وقت ( اپنے والد ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اس صدقے کی طلب گار تھیں جو مدینہ اور فدک میں تھا اور جو خیبر کے خمس میں سے بچ رہا تھا، ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں: ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے: ہمارا کوئی وارث نہیں ہوتا ہے، ہم جو چھوڑ جائیں وہ صدقہ ہے، محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی اولاد اس مال میں سے ( یعنی اللہ کے مال میں سے ) صرف اپنے کھانے کی مقدار لے گی اس مال میں خوراکی کے سوا ان کا کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔
Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: Fatimah was demanding (the property of) sadaqah of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم at Madina and Fadak, and what remained from the fifth of Khaybar. Aishah quoted Abu Bakr as saying: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: We are not inherited; whatever we leave is sadaqah. The family of Muhammad will eat from this property, that is, from the property of Allah. They will not take more then their sustenance.

Hadith 2928
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. The amir (ruler) who is over the people is a shepherd and is responsible for hs flock ; a man is a shepherd in charge of the inhabitants of his household and he is responsible for his flock ; a woman is a shepherdess in charge of her husband's house and children and she is responsible for them; and a man's slave is a shepherd in charge of his master's property and he is responsible for it. So each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock.

Narrated Abu Musa: I went along with two men to see the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم. One of them recited tashahhud and said: We have come to you so that you may employ us for your work. The other also said the same thing. He (the Prophet) replied: The most faithless of you in our eyes is the one who asked for it (responsible post). Abu Musa then apologized to the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم and said: I did not know why they came to you. He did not employ them for anything until he died.

He appoints for him an evil minister who does not remind him if he forgets and does not help him if he remembers.
