Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)

انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صحابہ کرام کو بلایا، وہ سب بدر کی طرف چلے، اچانک قریش کے پانی والے اونٹ ملے ان میں بنی حجاج کا ایک کالا کلوٹا غلام تھا، صحابہ کرام نے اسے پکڑ لیا اور اس سے پوچھنے لگے کہ بتاؤ ابوسفیان کہاں ہے؟ وہ کہنے لگا: اللہ کی قسم! مجھے ابوسفیان کے سلسلہ میں کوئی علم نہیں، البتہ قریش کے لوگ آئے ہیں ان میں ابوجہل، عتبہ بن ربیعہ، شیبہ بن ربیعہ اور امیہ بن خلف بھی آئے ہوئے ہیں، جب اس نے یہ کہا تو صحابہ کرام اسے مارنے لگے، وہ بولا: مجھے چھوڑ دو، مجھے چھوڑ دو، میں تمہیں بتاتا ہوں، جب اس کو چھوڑا تو پھر وہ یہی بات کہنے لگا: اللہ کی قسم مجھے ابوسفیان کے سلسلہ میں کوئی علم نہیں البتہ قریش آئے ہیں ان میں ابوجہل، ربیعہ کے دونوں بیٹے عتبہ و شیبہ اور امیہ بن خلف بھی آئے ہوئے ہیں، ( اس وقت ) نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھ رہے تھے اور اسے سن رہے تھے، جب نماز سے فارغ ہوئے تو فرمایا: قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے! جب وہ تم سے سچ کہتا ہے تو تم اسے مارتے ہو اور جب جھوٹ بولتا ہے تو چھوڑ دیتے ہو، ( ابوسفیان تو شام کے قافلہ کے ساتھ مال لیے ہوئے آ رہا ہے ) اور یہ قریش کے لوگ ہیں اس کو بچانے کے لیے آئے ہیں ۔ انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کل یہاں فلاں کی لاش گرے گی ، اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ زمین پر رکھا، کل یہ فلاں کا مقتل ہو گا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ زمین پر رکھا، اور کل یہ فلاں کا مقتل ہو گا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ زمین پر رکھا۱؎۔ انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے! نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ہاتھ کی جگہ سے کوئی بھی آگے نہیں بڑھ سکا، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے سلسلہ میں حکم دیا تو ان کے پاؤں پکڑ کر گھسیٹتے ہوئے انہیں بدر کے کنوئیں میں ڈال دیا گیا۔

Anas said “The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم called on his Companions and they proceeded towards Badr. Suddenly they found the watering Camels of the Quraish, there was among them a black slave of Banu Al Hajjaj. The Companions of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم seized him and began to ask “Where is Abu Sufyan?” He said “I swear by Allaah, I do not know anything about him, but this is the Quraish who have come here, among them are Abu Jahl, ‘Utbah, Shaibah the two sons of Rabiah and Umayyah bin Khalaf. When he aid this to them, they beat him and he began to say “Leave me, leave me. I shall tell you. When they left him he said “I know nothing about Abu Sufyan, but this is the Quraish who have come (here), among them are Abu Jahl, ‘Utbah, Shaibah the two sons of Rab’iah and Umayyah bin Khalaf who have come here. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was praying and hearing all that (dialogue). When he finished, he said “By Him in Whose hand my soul is, you beat him when he speaks the truth to you and you leave him when he tells a lie. This is the Quraish who have come here to defend Abu Sufyan. Anas said, The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said “This will be the place of falling of so and so tomorrow and he placed his hand on the ground. This will be the place of falling of so and so tomorrow and he put his hand on the ground. And this will be the place of falling of so and so tomorrow and he put his hand on the ground. He (Ansas) said “By Him in Whose hand my soul is, no one fell beyond the place of the hand of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم, The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ordered for them, and they were caught by their feet and dragged and thrown in a well at Badr.
