حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْفِزْرِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: انْطَلِقُوا بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِاللَّهِ وَعَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ، وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا شَيْخًا فَانِيًا وَلَا طِفْلًا وَلَا صَغِيرًا وَلَا امْرَأَةً وَلَا تَغُلُّوا وَضُمُّوا غَنَائِمَكُمْ وَأَصْلِحُوا وَأَحْسِنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ .
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کا بیان ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( مجاہدین کو رخصت کرتے وقت ) فرمایا: تم لوگ اللہ کے نام سے، اللہ کی تائید اور توفیق کے ساتھ، اللہ کے رسول کے دین پر جاؤ، اور بوڑھوں کو جو مرنے والے ہوں نہ مارنا، نہ بچوں کو، نہ چھوٹے لڑکوں کو، اور نہ ہی عورتوں کو، اور غنیمت میں خیانت نہ کرنا، اور غنیمت کے مال کو اکٹھا کر لینا، صلح کرنا اور نیکی کرنا، اللہ نیکی کرنے والوں کو پسند فرماتا ہے ۔
Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: Go in Allah's name, trusting in Allah, and adhering to the religion of Allah's Messenger. Do not kill a decrepit old man, o a young infant, or a child, or a woman; do not be dishonest about booty, but collect your spoils, do right and act well, for Allah loves those who do well.
