حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو،عَنْ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ، وَخَبَرَ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، قَال: فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَيْسَتْ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ وَلَا مَسْكَنٌ ، قَالَ فِيهِ: وَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ لَا تَسْبِقِينِي بِنَفْسِكِ.
ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف الزہری کہتے ہیں کہ مجھ سے فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ ابوعمرو بن حفص مخزومی رضی اللہ عنہ نے انہیں تینوں طلاقیں دے دیں، پھر راوی نے پوری حدیث ذکر کی اور خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ عنہ والا قصہ بیان کیا کہ انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے: نہ تو اس کے لیے نفقہ ہے اور نہ رہائش ، نیز نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے یہ خبر بھیجی کہ تو اپنے بارے میں مجھ سے سبقت نہ کرنا ۱؎۔
Abu Salamah reported on the authority of Fatimah daughter of Qais that Abu Amr bin Hafs Al Makhzumi divorced her three times. He then narrated the rest of the tradition. He then mentioned about Khalid bin Walid and said that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said “There are no maintenance and dwelling for her. ” This version has “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم sent a message to her “Do not give her consent for marriage without my permission. ””

Abdullah bin Umar said that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating during the time of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم. So Umar bin Al Khattab asked the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم about this matter. The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said “Order him, he must take her back and keep her back till she is purified, then has another menstrual period and is purified. Thereafter if he desires he may divorce her before having intercourse with her, for that is the period of waiting which Allaah the Glorified has commanded for the divorce of women. ”
