حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ، عَنْحَنَشٍ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: قَامَ فِينَا خَطِيبًا، قَالَ: أَمَا إِنِّي لَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ، قَالَ: لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَ مَاءَهُ زَرْعَ غَيْرِهِ، يَعْنِي إِتْيَانَ الْحَبَالَى، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مِنَ السَّبْيِ حَتَّى يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَبِيعَ مَغْنَمًا حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ .
حنش صنعانی کہتے ہیں کہ رویفع بن ثابت انصاری ہم میں بحیثیت خطیب کھڑے ہوئے اور کہا: سنو! میں تم سے وہی کہوں گا جو میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ہے، آپ جنگ حنین کے دن فرما رہے تھے: ”اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان لانے والے کسی بھی شخص کے لیے حلال نہیں کہ وہ اپنے سوا کسی اور کی کھیتی کو سیراب کرے“، (آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا مطلب حاملہ لونڈی سے جماع کرنا تھا) اور اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان لانے والے شخص کے لیے حلال نہیں کہ وہ کسی قیدی لونڈی سے جماع کرے یہاں تک کہ وہ استبراء رحم کر لے، (یعنی یہ جان لے کہ یہ عورت حاملہ نہیں ہے) اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھنے والے شخص کے لیے حلال نہیں کہ مال غنیمت کے سامان کو بیچے یہاں تک کہ وہ تقسیم کر دیا جائے۔
Narrated Ruwayfi ibn Thabit al-Ansari: Should I tell you what I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say on the day of Hunayn: It is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the last day to water what another has sown with his water (meaning intercourse with women who are pregnant); it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to have intercourse with a captive woman till she is free from a menstrual course; and it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to sell spoil till it is divided.

Alqamah said “I was going with Abd Allaah bin Masud at Mina where Uthman met him and desired to have a talk with him in privacy”. When Abd Allaah (bin Masud) thought there was no need of privacy, he said to me “Come, Alqamah So I came (to him)”. Then Uthman said to him “Should we not marry you, Abu Abd Al Rahman to a virgin girl, so that the power you have lost may return to you?” Abd Allaah (bin Masud) said “If you say that, I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say “ Those of you who can support a wife, should marry, for it keeps you from looking at strange women and preserve from unlawful intercourse, but those who cannot should devote themselves to fasting, for it is a means of suppressing sexual desire.
