حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْءَمَةِ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِسَعْدٍ، أَنَّ سَعْدًا وَجَدَ عَبِيدًا مِنْ عَبِيدِ الْمَدِينَةِ يَقْطَعُونَ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَأَخَذَ مَتَاعَهُمْ، وَقَالَ يَعْنِي لِمَوَالِيهِمْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى أَنْ يُقْطَعَ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْمَدِينَةِ شَيْءٌ، وَقَالَ: مَنْ قَطَعَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَلِمَنْ أَخَذَهُ سَلَبُهُ .
سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کے غلام سے روایت ہے کہ سعد نے مدینہ کے غلاموں میں سے کچھ غلاموں کو مدینہ کے درخت کاٹتے پایا تو ان کے اسباب چھین لیے اور ان کے مالکوں سے کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو منع کرتے سنا ہے کہ مدینہ کا کوئی درخت نہ کاٹا جائے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے: جو کوئی اس میں کچھ کاٹے تو جو اسے پکڑے اس کا اسباب چھین لے ۱؎ ۔
A client of Saad said “Saad found some slaves from the slaves of Madina cutting the trees of Madina. ” So, he took away their property and said to their patrons “I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم prohibiting to cut any tree of Madina”. He said “If anyone cuts any one of them, what is taken from him will belong to the one who seizes him. ”

Hadith 1721
Narrated Aqra ibn Habib: Ibn Abbas said: Aqra ibn Habis asked the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم saying: Messenger of Allah hajj is to be performed annually or only once? He replied: Only once, and if anyone performs it more often, he performs a supererogatory act. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Abu Sinan is Abu Sinan al-Du'wail. The same has been reported by both Abd al-Jalil bin Humaid and Sulaiman bin Kathir from al-Zuhri. The narrator 'Uqail reported the name Sinan .

Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above). The narrator al-Nufaili said: Malik narrated us. Abu Dawud said: The narrators al-Nufail and al_Qanabi did not mention the words “from his father”. Ibn Wahb and Uthman bin Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qanabi (i. e. omitted the words “from his father”).
