حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ، وَ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحَجِّ، فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ أَوْ جَمَعَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ فَلَمْ يُحِلُّوا حَتَّى كَانَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ .
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ ہم لوگ حجۃ الوداع کے سال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نکلے ہم میں کچھ ایسے لوگ تھے جنہوں نے عمرے کا احرام باندھا، اور کچھ ایسے تھے جنہوں نے حج و عمرہ دونوں کا احرام باندھا، اور کچھ ایسے تھے جنہوں نے صرف حج کا احرام باندھا، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حج کا احرام باندھا، چنانچہ جن لوگوں نے حج کا یا حج اور عمرہ دونوں کا احرام باندھا تھا انہوں نے یوم النحر ( یعنی دسویں ذی الحجہ ) تک احرام نہیں کھولا۔
Aishah wife the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم narrated we went out with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم at the farewell pilgrimage. Some of us had put on Ihram for Umrah and some both for Hajj and Umrah, when the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم had put on Ihram for Hajj only. He who had put on Ihram for Umrah, put off Ihram after performing Umrah and he who had worn Ihram both for Hajj and Umrah or only for Hajj did not take it off till the tenth (of the month).

Hadith 1721
Narrated Aqra ibn Habib: Ibn Abbas said: Aqra ibn Habis asked the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم saying: Messenger of Allah hajj is to be performed annually or only once? He replied: Only once, and if anyone performs it more often, he performs a supererogatory act. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Abu Sinan is Abu Sinan al-Du'wail. The same has been reported by both Abd al-Jalil bin Humaid and Sulaiman bin Kathir from al-Zuhri. The narrator 'Uqail reported the name Sinan .

Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above). The narrator al-Nufaili said: Malik narrated us. Abu Dawud said: The narrators al-Nufail and al_Qanabi did not mention the words “from his father”. Ibn Wahb and Uthman bin Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qanabi (i. e. omitted the words “from his father”).
