حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ. ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْمَعْنَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي مُجَاهِدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْدَى عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فِي هَدَايَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَمَلًا كَانَ لِأَبِي جَهْلٍ فِي رَأْسِهِ بُرَةُ فِضَّةٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ ابْنُ مِنْهَالٍ:‏‏‏‏ بُرَةٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏زَادَ النُّفَيْلِيُّ:‏‏‏‏ يَغِيظُ بِذَلِكَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ .

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حدیبیہ کے سال ہدی ۱؎ کے لیے جو اونٹ بھیجا ان میں ایک اونٹ ابوجہل کا ۲؎ تھا، اس کے سر میں چاندی کا چھلا پڑا تھا، ابن منہال کی روایت میں ہے کہ سونے کا چھلا تھا ، نفیلی کی روایت میں اتنا اضافہ ہے کہ اس سے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مشرکین کو غصہ دلا رہے تھے ۳؎ ۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: In the year of al-Hudaybiyyah, the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم included among his sacrificial animals a camel with a silver nose-ring (Ibn Minhal's version has gold) which had belonged to Abu Jahl (the version of an-Nufayli added) thereby enraging the polytheists .

Hadith 1721

Narrated Aqra ibn Habib: Ibn Abbas said: Aqra ibn Habis asked the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم saying: Messenger of Allah hajj is to be performed annually or only once? He replied: Only once, and if anyone performs it more often, he performs a supererogatory act. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Abu Sinan is Abu Sinan al-Du'wail. The same has been reported by both Abd al-Jalil bin Humaid and Sulaiman bin Kathir from al-Zuhri. The narrator 'Uqail reported the name Sinan .

Narrated Abu Waqid al-Laythi: I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم saying to his wives during the Farewell Pilgrimage: This (is the pilgrimage for you); afterwards stick to the surface of the mats (i. e. should stay at home).

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: A muslim woman must not make a journey of a night unless she is accompanied by a man who is within the prohibited degrees.

Hadith 1724

Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above). The narrator al-Nufaili said: Malik narrated us. Abu Dawud said: The narrators al-Nufail and al_Qanabi did not mention the words “from his father”. Ibn Wahb and Uthman bin Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qanabi (i. e. omitted the words “from his father”).

Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: He then reported the same tradition as mentioned above but he mentioned (in this version) the word “mail post”.
