حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ، وَأَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، - قَالَ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَقَالَ أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ - حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْخَلَاءِ، فَأُتِيَ بِطَعَامٍ»، فَذَكَرُوا لَهُ الْوُضُوءَ فَقَالَ: «أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ فَأَتَوَضَّأَ؟»
۔ حماد نے عمرو بن سے ، انہوں نے سعید بن حویرث سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کہ نبی اکرمﷺ ( ہاتھ دھو کر ) بیت الخلا سے نکلے تو آپ کے سامنے کھانا پیش کیا گیا ، لوگوں نے آپ سے وضو کا تذکرہ کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا : ’’ ( کیا ) میں نماز پڑھنا چاہتا ہوں کہ وضو کروں؟ ‘ ‘
Ibn 'Abbas reported: The Apostle of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) came out of the privy, and he was presented with some food, and the people reminded him about ablution, but he said: Am I to say prayer that I should perform ablution?

A'isha reported: When anyone amongst us was menstruating the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) asked her to tie waist-wrapper daring the time when the menstrual blood profusely flowed and then embraced her; and she ('A'isha) observed: And who amongst you can have control over his desires as the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) had over his desires.
