حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِشَاةٍ لِمَوْلَاةٍ لِمَيْمُونَةَ. فَقَالَ: «أَلَّا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا؟»
عبد الملک بن ابی سلیمان نے عطاء کے حوالے سے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ نبی اکرمﷺ سیدہ میمونہؓ کی باندی کی ( مردہ ) بکری کے پاس سے گزرے تو آپ نے فرمایا : ’’تم نے اس کے چمڑے سے فائدہ کیوں نہ اٹھایا! ‘ ‘
Ibn 'Abbas reported: The Apostle of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) happened to pass by (the dead body) of the goat which belonged to the freed slave-girl of Maimuna and said: Why did you not make use of its skin?
