وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ح، وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ أَهْلَهُ، ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَعُودَ، فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ» زَادَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: بَيْنَهُمَا وُضُوءًا، وَقَالَ: ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُعَاوِدَ
ابو بکر بن ابی شیبہ نے کہا : ہمیں حفص بن غیاث نے حدیث سنائی ، نیز ابو کریب نے کہا : ہمیں ابن ابی زائدہ نے خبر دی ، نیز عمرو ناقد اور ابن نمیر نے کہا : ہمیں مروان بن معاویہ فزاری نے حدیث سنائی ، ان سب ( حفص ، ابن ابی زائدہ اور مروان ) نے عاصم سے ، انہوں نے ابومتوکل سے اور انہو ں نے حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’جب تم میں سے کسی نے اپنی بیوی سے مباشرت کر لی ، پھر سے کرنا چاہے تو وہ وضو کر لے ۔ ‘ ‘ ( حفص بن غیاث سے روایت کرنے والے ) ابو بکر نے اپنی حدیث میں یہ اضافہ کیا : دونوں بار کے درمیان وضو کر لے ، نیز أن يعود ( پھر سے ) کے بجائےأن يعاود ( دوبارہ ) کے الفاظ استعمال کیے ۔
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: When anyone amongst you has sexual intercourse with his wife and then he intends to repeat it, he should perform ablution. In the hadith transmitted by Abu Bakr. (the words are): Between the two (acts) there should be an ablution, or he (the narrator) said: Then he intended that it should be repeated.

A'isha reported: When anyone amongst us was menstruating the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) asked her to tie waist-wrapper daring the time when the menstrual blood profusely flowed and then embraced her; and she ('A'isha) observed: And who amongst you can have control over his desires as the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) had over his desires.
