حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ. قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى: فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ، سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يُحَدِّثُ
محمد بن مثنیٰ اور ابن بشار دونوں نے کہا : ہمیں محمد بن جعفر نے حدیث سنائی ، اسی طرح عبیداللہ بن معاذ نے حدیث سنائی ، کہا : مجھے میرے والد نے حدیث سنائی ۔ ان دونوں نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے حدیث سنائی ۔ ابن مثنیٰ کی حدیث میں ہے ، حکم نے کہا : میں نے ابراہیم کو حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ۔ ( آگے وہی حدیث ہے جو اوپر بیان ہو ئی ۔ )
