حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْلَمَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا نَضْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مُسْتَخْلِفُكُمْ فِيهَا فَيَنْظُرُ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ فَاتَّقُوا الدُّنْيَا وَاتَّقُوا النِّسَاءَ فَإِنَّ أَوَّلَ فِتْنَةِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَتْ فِي النِّسَاءِ وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ بَشَّارٍ لِيَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ
محمد بن مثنیٰ اور محمد بن بشار نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، دونوں نے کہا : ہمیں محمد بن جعفر نے حدیث سنائی ، انہوں نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے ابوسلمہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے ابونضرہ سے سنا ، وہ حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کر رہے تھے ، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : "" بلاشبہ دنیا بہت میٹھی اور ہری بھری ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ اس میں تمہیں ( تم سے پہلے والوں کا ) جانشیں بنانے والا ہے ، پھر وہ دیکھے گا کہ تم کیسے عمل کرتے ہو ، لہذا تم دنیا ( میں کھو جانے سے ) بچتے رہنا اور عورتوں ( کے فتنے میں مبتلا ہونے سے ) بچ کر رہنا ، اس لیے کہ بنی اسرائیل میں سب سے پہلا فتنہ عورتوں ( کے معاملے ) میں تھا ۔ "" اور بشار کی حدیث میں ہے : "" تاکہ وہ دیکھے کہ تم کس طرح عمل کرتے ہو ۔ ""
Abu Sa'id Khudri reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: The world is sweet and green (alluring) and verily Allah is going to install you as vicegerent in it in order to see how you act. So avoid the allurement of women: verily, the first trial for the people of Isra'il was caused by women. And in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Ibn Bashshar the words are: So that He should see how you act.

Hadith 6805
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying that Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, thus stated: I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance), and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near Me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. And if he walks towards Me, I rush towards him.

Hammam b. Munabbih reported so many ahadith from Abu Huraira and one out of them is this that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said that Allah thus stated: When My servant draws close to me by the span of a palm, I draw close to him by the space of a cubit, and when he draws close to Me by the space of a cubit, I draw close to him by the space (covered) by two hands, and when he draws close to Me by the space (covered by) two hands, I go in hurry towards him.
