حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَ: «مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ ذِي لِمَّةٍ أَحْسَنَ فِي حُلَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَعْرُهُ يَضْرِبُ مَنْكِبَيْهِ بَعِيدَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَنْكِبَيْنِ، لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ» قَالَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ: لَهُ شَعَرٌ
عمرو ناقد اور ابو کریب نے کہا : ہمیں وکیع نے سفیان سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے ابو اسحاق سے ، انھوں نے حضرت براء رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : میں نے کسی د راز گیسوؤں والے شخص کو سرخ جوڑے میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بڑھ کر حسین نہیں دیکھا ، آپ کے بال کندھوں کو چھوتے تھے ، آپ کے دونوں کندھوں کے د رمیان فاصلہ تھا ، قد بہت لمبا تھا نہ بہت چھوٹا تھا ۔ ابو کریب نے کہا : آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے بال ایسے تھے ( جو کندھوں کو چھوتے تھے ۔ )
Al-Bara' reported: Never did I see anyone more handsome than Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) in the red mantle. His hair had been hanging down on the shoulders and his shoulders were very broad, and he was neither very tall nor short-statured. Ibn Kuraib said he had hair.

Wathila b. al-Asqa' reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: Verily Allah granted eminence to Kinana from amongst the descendants of Isma'il, and he granted eminence to the Quraish amongst Kinana, and he granted eminence to Banu Hashim amonsgst the Quraish, and he granted me eminence from the tribe of Banu Hashim.

Anas reported that Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) called for water and he was given a vessel and the people began to perform ablution in that and I counted (the persons) and they were between fifty and eighty and I saw water which was spouting from his fingers.

Anas b. Malik reported: I saw Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) during the time of the afternoon prayer and the people asking for water for performing ablution which they did not find. (A small quantity) of water was brought to Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) and he placed his hand in that vessel and commanded people to perform ablution. I saw water spouting from his fingers and the people performing ablution until the last amongst them performed it.
