وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ: هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ، لِلْعِنَبِ الْكَرْمَ، إِنَّمَا الْكَرْمُ الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْلِمُ»
ہمام بن منبہ نے کہا : یہ احا دیث ہیں جو ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ہمیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ئیں ۔ انھوں نے کئی احادیث بیان کیں ان میں یہ بھی تھی : اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : تم میں سے کو ئی شخص انگور اور اس کی بیل کو کرم نہ کہے ، کیونکہ کرم تو مسلمان آدمی ہو تا ہے ۔ "
