حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ سُحِرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَسَاقَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَقَالَ فِيهِ فَذَهَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْبِئْرِ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهَا وَعَلَيْهَا نَخْلٌ وَقَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَأَخْرِجْهُ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ أَفَلَا أَحْرَقْتَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فَأَمَرْتُ بِهَا فَدُفِنَتْ
ابو کریب نے کہا : ہمیں ابو اسامہ نے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا ، ہمیں ہشام نے اپنے والد سے حدیث بیا ن کی ، انھوں نےحضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر جادو کیا گیا ۔ اسکے بعد ابو کریب نے واقعے کی تفصیلات سمیت ابن نمیر کی حدیث کی طرح حدیث بیان کی اور اس میں کہا : پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کنویں کی طرف تشریف لئے گئے ، اسے دیکھا ، اس کنویں پر کھجور کے درخت تھے ( جنھیں کسی زمانے میں کنویں کے پانی سےسیراب کیاجاتا ہوگا ) انھوں ( حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا ) نے کہا : میں نے عرض کی : اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !اسے نکالیں ( اور جلادیں ) ابو کریب نے : " آپ نے اسے جلا کیوں نہ دیا؟ " کے الفاظ نہیں کہے اور یہ الفاظ ( بھی ) بیان نہیں کیے؛ " میں نے اس کے بار ے میں حکم دیا تو اس کو پاٹ دیاگیا ۔ "
A'isha reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was affected with a spell, the rest of the hadith is the same but with this variation of wording: Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) went to the well and looked towards it and there were trees of date-palm near it. I ('A'isha) said: I asked Allah'& Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) to bring it out, and 1 did not say: Why did not you burn it? Abu Sa'id Khudri reported Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: Avoid sitting on the paths. They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, we cannot help but holding our meetings (in these paths) and discuss matters (there). Thereupon Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: If you insist on holding meetings, then give the path its due right. They said: What are its due rights? Upon this he said: Lowering the gaze, refraining from doing harm, exchanging of greetings. commanding of good and forbidding from evil.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: Five are the rights of a Muslim over his brother: responding to salutation, saying Yarhamuk Allah when anybody sneezes and says al-Hamdulillah, visiting the sick. following the bier. ' Abd al-Razzaq said that this hadith has been transmitted as mursal hadith from Zuhri and he then substantiated it on the authority of Ibn Musayyib.
